Purple and pink--how stereotypically girl of me! I can remember as a little girl loving both colors, and flip-flopping back and forth between which one was my favorite. Then of course came my tom-boy phase when I shunned both colors and loved blue...my early teens. Finally, I've come full circle. I'm 18 going on 19 and I love nothing more than a good purple (pink's pretty awesome too).
And ohhh how I am loving UVa! I've been here for almost two weeks now and it feels like I've been here my whole life. I absolutely love this place. Can't wait to share more with you soon--lots of pictures (although none fashion related yet) but stay tuned for an exciting new UVa themed fashion feature I'm running through a UVa-endorsed magazine... :)
It's funny to see how so many things in life come full circle in life. Your whole changing favorite color experience sounds just like mine!

Really though, it's so striking and I almost wish I had the eye design in bracelet form instead of my necklace form. Speaking of which, I think eye've got to go dig up that necklace and wear it now that I've mentioned it. Eye think that's enough eye puns for today :)
Can't wait to hear about your experiences at UVA so far! I'm curious though, why UVa instead of UVA? With the way states are simplified, you would think it would be the latter, right? Or am I just a weirdo who likes to do my own thing?
