I'm headed on my way to another college tour! The good thing about the high school I go to is that I get two week vacations for both Winter and Spring Break :) So today, I am halfway done with my Spring Break, and I've got a whole week left! I visited three colleges in DC last time, and I really liked two of them. I'll tell you where I'm visiting now when I get back! :)
Yesterday I had a great photoshoot with my good friend Lauren who runs the shop Echoing Waters. I've posted about it countless times before so you may have checked it out or even bought something from it! Either way, I encourage you to check it out now and in the future--she's adding some really cool stuff for the upcoming Coachella festival. I'll post pictures as soon as I've got them! :)

Shorts Season

Happy First Day of Spring! Finally time to break out the shorts again. Although it's too chilly today to wear shorts, last weekend was nice and warm! :) And this weekend is supposed to be, too. 
Last night I saw Nice Work If You Can Get It on Broadway. It's the one with Matthew Broderick in it, although we didn't get to see him. His understudy was very good though! The play was very cute, and there was some great acting in it. I would highly recommend it! :)
Today, I'm college visiting! Let the fun begin...

Spring Break!

It is FINALLY spring break! I am so happy because I really needed a break from school. I have visits to several cities planned to visit colleges, photoshoots for my photography class planned, and studying for AP tests (something required) to do. I also plan to just relax! It's been forever since I had a sit-on-the-couch-and-read-blogs day. I will definitely have a few of those over this break :) Also, I got my prom dress yesterday! I got asked (so I have a date) earlier this week too. Prom's in April and I will definitely be posting pictures on the blog! :) OH YEAH AND--HAPPY ST PATTY'S DAY!  Tweet

Irish Girl

One week from today is Saint Patrick's Day! I'm 75% Irish and my name is 100% Irish. Rory? How much more Irish does it get than Rory?? In Gaelic, "Rory" means red king, and since it's supposed to be a boys name, that's a cool thing to mean I guess. Yes, we all know Rory from Gilmore girls, but her and I are the exception. Rory is usually a man's name! I definitely love my name, though. It's cool to be original! So what do you think of all of my Irish gear?  I've always been proud of my Irish roots because I think it's just so cool to be Irish. If only I looked Irish... Anyways, I am only one week away from Spring Break, and I can't wait! I'll be visiting colleges and taking pictures and having a generally good time. And then soon after is summer!  Tweet
