These pictures were taken during the "calm before the storm". I took these when the winds were whipping so intensely that I was afraid my tripod would fall over. It was almost to the point that "glamorous hair blowing in the wind" became "hair attacking face". But I didn't include those pictures, of course :)

Sorry I've been so out of touch this week--life is so hectic! But hey, what else is new? Here's a quick post with another dress I recieved from Crash and Burn Apparel. It reminds me of something a fairy princess would wear! :) Of course I edged it up with some black and some booties since it's getting cold. What do you think? Tested my hand at some layering today. Not sure if I like this outfit so much, but I certainly like this dress! Glamorous is a brand that reminds me a lot of Topshop, a more well known brand that's also from the UK. I've had good experience with UK brands before, and Glamorous was no exception! They've sent me 3 dresses, and I'm saving the best for last :) If you want this pretty blue lace dress, you can get it here! I had my first day of my team soccer camp at school today. It's hard to believe that preseason is only 3 weeks away!!! For me, once preseason starts summer is over, since I have to wake up as early as I would for school. I still haven't touched my summer work yet...yikes.  The only good thing? Back to school shopping. The BEST time of the year :P Also, did you enjoy the guest bloggers? Hello followers, readers, first-timers, friends, and Grandma! To those of you who have blogs....does your grandma follow? Mine is probably my biggest fan. She is constantly asking me when my next "blog" is going up, and telling me how much she loves each one! So, Grandma, thanks for keeping me in the business!  Love you! :)

I'm also in a good mood because I have less than three weeks of school left. Next week is my LAST full week...because after that is memorial day weekend, and that week I have finals! I cannot WAIT for summer. Also, I'm hoping to have my closet room mostly finished by then...I'll be sure to post pictures as SOON as it is done!!! :)

How cool is this Vanessa Mooney necklace? When I wore it to school, multiple people asked me what was in it, everyone wanted to open it, and someone wanted to know if she could have a drink...

Sadly, there is nothing to drink inside. It does open though, so if I wanted to I could tote around two drops of water in this handy little flask. Not that I'd want to. This necklace is too good to be used as a vessel.

Also, I've discovered one of my favorite new combinations: shorts and blazers. Shorts are pretty casual, so I love pairing 'em with a blazer to polish it off. Makes an outfit so much more classy! Case in point.
