Other's Follow: A Week in Dresses Part 1

I'm so excited to kick off the Fourth of July weekend with two special things. The first is a dress feature! I'll be styling four different dresses this week by Other's Follow, a fresh young clothing line that embodies a fun sense of adventure and whimsy. How to Wear Statement Necklaces, Part 1: Vintage Chic

And summer has finally broke here in the Northeast...yesterday was SO humid my hair was going crazy! The annoying thing about my hair is that the bottom is totally straight...but the top, around my face, gets all frizzy and curly whenever there's any humidity at all. It's not a good look, let me tell you!
Anyways, what do you think about my first styling of A'Muse Me Boutique's statement necklace? I'm loving the colors of this one, but since it does have quite a bit of color going on I decided to tone it down with a vintage-y green vest and a white dress. Of course I couldn't tone it down TOO much...and chose a dress with an intricate top design and a bralette to match my necklace and shoes!
I love how statement necklaces transform an otherwise pretty basic outfit. Stay tuned for How to Wear Statement Necklaces, Parts 2 and 3 coming later this week!

What to Wear for a College Interview

School starts sooo soon ahhh!!! I can't believe I'm a senior. I know that I say that all the time, but I still can't believe it. I've been at school everyday this week for preseason and to do some photography stuff so it has sorttt of started, minus the everyone being there. I'm excited for school though!
Also, wouldn't this be the perfect outfit for a college interview? Or any sort of more formal but still not super dressy thing like that? I'm thinking this dress will be perfect once I start interviewing! :)
Do you have any fun plans for labor day? I'm going to a concert with my friends and then to the beach with my family. Should be fun!
